1. You should serve only 2 terms.
    
2. Your platform should include what your plans are after office.
    
3. We should help you get elected and help you achieve the goals you set after your 2 terms.
    
4. You should start grooming several predecessors.
    
5. You should prosper, you should make money, you should advance. There is no need to do this with hidden agendas. We should know your goals, and we should help you reach them.
    
6. You should provide the best education possible for our young.
    
7. You should hear all of our ideas for what a great school consists of.
    
8. We should all fall in line with your final decisions, even if you do not always run with our individual ideas.
    
9. If we have concerns about your policies, we should speak to you directly. We have your back. You have our back.
    
10. Tell us what you need from us. We will tell you what we need from you.
